Having been in the camera mount business for nearly 10 years and being an Authorized Canon Dealer, I come across camera packages from individuals or companies who want to trade or just sell their equipment outright. I have run my personal GL2 exclusively outdoors for 8 years. It is a fantastic camera for video taping hunts and much more!

Here are my company’s guidelines and policies in a nutshell on purchasing pre-owned camcorders from individuals and how I stand behind them.

- If I can't get the camera's history, I don't buy it!
- If it has more than 100 hrs on it, I won't buy it unless it is a specific individual’s request.
- I personally check every camera before I re-sell it. It will be in perfect working order or I will take it back and work with you on another camera.
- Manufacturer's warranties will not transfer to a new owner, but I will stand behind certain
issues for 30 days granted that its not user error or negligence.
- All cameras are sold “As Is” unless otherwise specified. A refund will be issued within 3 days of delivery of the camera only if it is damaged in shipping. Some exceptions may apply on a case by case basis.
